Scientific Data Exploration and Hypothesis Testing
Web-based prototype for data exploration and hypothesis testing using data from the FUSION project. Generates HTML+TIME/SVG presentations of microsopy images and data based on user queries and requirements. Developed by Katya Falkovych, a visiting PhD student from CWI, Amsterdam and Suzanne Little, DSTC. For complete functionality Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher and an SVG viewer plugin are required.
